<description>I love this little autobiography. I&#039;ve used it and shared with others for years. However, I find I am back to Chapter 1 it seems. How many years, of therapy, of program (Al-Anon/OA/AA and even CEA-HOW) and here I am...back at beginning, muddling through. I am isolating. I have left CEA-HOW and trying to find my way alone, sugar substance in hand. I isolate at home and attempt to deal with a practicing alcoholic, blaming him while I nibble away at _______(fill in blank as to my food of choice).

I was able to give up white flour/sugar in HOW for a time, hating and resenting every second of their 3 minute positive pitches, etc. I now have decided to legalize all foods (in moderation). Perhaps this is insane thinking?

I have struggled with all aspects of eating disorder throughout my 55 years. Yes, I am semi-nuts. I guess the difference today, which perhaps brings me to a partial version of Chapter 3 is that I have awareness-not so quick to get out yet though.

Thank you for sharing your wisdom and recovery.
